Volleyball Clubs/Courts Close to me in Lagos State
Lagos doesn’t have one volleyball scene, it has dozens of them, scattered across every axis of the city.
From university sport centres to estate fields, stadium courts to police barracks, the game is being played every single day somewhere in this city, often by people who have no idea a club exists five minutes from their house.
This week, we are mapping it all out. Below is a full, zone-by-zone breakdown of some volleyball clubs across Lagos and where they play/train. Wherever you are in Lagos, there’s a court closer than you think.

The Bottom Line
Lagos alone, has close to 30 active volleyball clubs and courts spread across Lagos Mainland, the Island, and the outskirts stretching to Epe. From estate fields to university sports centres to full stadium courts, there is genuinely no reason to say “there’s no volleyball court near me” in Lagos anymore.
VolleyVarse exists to make sure every club big or small, popular or hidden gets found by the players looking for them, not only in Lagos but across every state in Nigeria.
